Spring/Summer Nail Polishes

Alright, so I have yet to do any sort of nail posts on my blog and that is mainly due to the fact that I don't paint my finger nails. I have had gel nail enhancements for quite some time so unless I have to go longer then three weeks in between fills, I don't cover them up because they do cost money hehe. I still paint my tootsies all the time so I wanted to start sharing the colours I own and adore without posting photos of my feet :P Please keep in mind that I only painted these for the pictures and to show you all, so they aren't done perfectly! Don't judge the sloppiness because I took off the polish right after I was complete :)

I cannot say enough good things about this nail polish! It amazed me! I hate when I buy a nail polish because it looks so amazing in the bottle and has that duo-chromed look... but when you put it on, it's just one colour! This though, translates onto the nails exactly how it looks in the bottle! It's a stunning purple but has this blue to it that crawls across the nail depending where the light is hitting it. I for sure want to go back and look at more of the colours from this collection! I used three coats for to achieve the perfect look but because this is 'insta-dry' I didn't mind at all, it honestly took maybe 3-4 min after the third coat for it to be dry! Love that! It does have a odd brush (flat and large) so it may be hard to apply on maybe a pinky toe but I'll figure it out because this to me is a gotta have colour! Just the perfect purple for spring and summer!

I have been looking for a minty colour for a long time so when I saw this in Revlon's new Spring Pastel line, I had to grab it! It looks a bit more green in person but I was impressed with this colour. At first, because of it's paleness & pastel colour tone, I thought it would need a bunch of coats but this is only two so that's pretty amazing! I can't wait to sport this colour for the spring and summer and I think I will probably go back and grab a couple more of the pastel colours from this line before they are sold out!

This colour makes me smile! It is easily the most gorgeous coral I have ever seen and found. I love it to pieces! I don't know about you all, but I love colours that make me look/feel more "tanned" then I am and this is one of those colours. I hope you know what I mean by that lol. This colour will be a go-to for me because coral is one of my favourite colours and it just screams spring and summer to me. I had to use three coats here but I think if I didn't have my funky gel nail design, two coats would be perfect. (I've worn it on my toes already and I think I only used two that time)

So this is what my nails look like right now, so that's probably why I needed an extra coat with a couple of the colours just so you know ;)
